Time to Reset!
I designed the 21 Day Reset Challenge to help women, especially moms get fit (mind, body, and spirit). As a military mom and former athlete, I’ve learned a thing or two about the importance of taking care of myself first in order to be able to take care of my family.
This fitness program was designed with self-care in mind. Believe it or not working out can truly make you feel better. Thank you for taking the first step by signing up!
It is my objective to help you find the fun in fitness and get into a habit of taking care of yourself. Being healthy is about more than losing weight. Over the next 21 days we will work on everything from mediation, eating better, and of course working out!
Goals are so much easier to reach when you feel great and have support, I want to help you so that you can focus on the things that matter most to you. So let’s reset!
