Mimi Mason
Founder. Producer. Strategist. Storyteller.
Shamiqua “Mimi Mason” Baker, known simply as Mimi to most, is the founder of Mimi Mason Media.
Mimi Mason Media was born from a vision she first developed while earning her master’s degree in Public Relations, Leadership and Business. What began as a graduate capstone in 2018 became an LLC in 2021—and a home for the ideas, stories and purpose-driven work she knew she was meant to create.
Her path has been anything but linear. From hosting and producing television, modeling and entertainment to communications, military service, wellness, leadership and entrepreneurship, Mimi has built a career by learning, evolving and bringing people along with her.
Across every chapter, one thing has remained constant: a belief in treating people well, telling meaningful stories, and creating work that leaves people and places better than she found them.
Today, Mimi Mason Media brings those worlds together—developing original media, transformative brands and meaningful experiences rooted in purpose, curiosity and possibility.
